Fast Receipt of Notes of Construction Projects

Service Description
- A contractor or consultant submits a request to receive remarks about the construction work at residential, agricultural, commercial and industrial buildings, before applying for utility connection certificate or completion certificate.
Service Execution Steps
- 1. Enter the required details.
  2. Pay off the service fees.
  3. Sign the certificate of undertaking to indicate your acceptance of all conditions.
  4. Receive a token number from the electronic system including the appointment.

After Service Steps
- - The municipality's competent engineer calls the consultant or contractor to fix an appointment.
  - After auditing, the contractor or consultant takes a print out of the remarks on the municipality's website.

  Documents required before e-transaction submission, and to be kept at the site:

  2) Copy of plot plan.
  3) Copy of latest approved plans (i.e. architectural, sanitary, structural).
  4) Table of quantities approvals (concrete casting table) – original.
