Request for refund the deposit
  • Service Description
    • - Recovery of deposit for a building permit in case there is a valid certificate of completion or building additions completion certificate.
      - Recovery of deposit for décor permit, if  the Décor Works Completion Certificate has been issued.
      - Recovery of deposit for a permit of maintenance, temporary investment parking or ordinary building permit issued from inspection and follow section (under construction).
  • Service Execution Steps
    •  
      - Filling out the required details.
      - Accepting the undertaking and provisions.
      - Electronic issuance of insurance form, and contacting the Finance Department of the municipality.

  • After Service Steps

    • - Review financial management delivering original insurance.
      - Transfer the case to the inspector in charge for the follow-up.

      - In case the insurance receipt bears the name of a Contractor, such Contractor shall be free of any outstanding violations.
      - Site shall be duly cleaned.
      - In case of recovery of deposit for a building permit, completion certificate or additions works completion, the Certificate must be Valid.
      - In case of recovery of deposit for décor permit, the Décor Works Completion Certificate, must be issued.

​Requirements:
- Do not be disbursed amount of insurance in the event of receipt bears the name of the name of the owner or tenant.
- In case the insurance receipt bears the name of a Contractor, such Contractor shall be free of any outstanding violations.
- Site shall be duly cleaned.
- In case of recovery of deposit for a building permit, completion certificate or additions works completion, the Certificate must be Valid.
- In case of recovery of deposit for décor permit, the Décor Works Completion Certificate, must be issued.

الاشتراطات:
-لا يتم صرف مبلغ التامين فى حال الايصال يحمل اسم المالك او اسم المستاجر.
-عدم وجود مخالفات على المقاول, فى حال ايصال التامين يحمل اسم المقاول.
-الموقع نظيف حسب الاصول.
-فى حال استرداد تامين بناء مسلح او اعمال اضافة:  شهادة الانجاز او شهادة انهاء اعمال الاضافة , سارية المفعول.
- فى حال استرداد تامين ديكور: شهادة انهاء اعمال ديكور صادرة.​
