Service Description
- This service allows engineering consulting offices in Sharjah City to obtain an official certificate confirming that no building permit has been issued for an adjacent plot of land. The certificate is issued electronically and can be submitted to Sharjah Planning and Survey Department.
Service Execution Steps
- - The service is accessed by a licensed engineering consultancy office operating in Sharjah.
  - Attach a copy of the plot plan and planning statement.
  - Fill in the required information.
  - Accept the terms and conditions.
  - Pay the applicable service fees.
  - Receive an electronic payment receipt with the transaction number.

After Service Steps
- • Applications are reviewed and processed within one business day.
  • If no building permit exists, the certificate will be issued electronically, and the Engineering Consulting Office will be notified via email.
  • The certificate can be printed by accessing the e-services page on the municipality's official website.
