      2- Death Registration from the concerned Consulate/embassy
      3- Letter from the hospital in which the deceased is located
      4- Copy of Death Certificate with the original
      5- Copy of residency visa cancellation
      6- Copy of the deceased cancelled passport with the original


  • After Service Steps

    • • Enter the following data:

      1- Name of the deceased
      2- Passport number of the deceased
      3. Nationality
      4. Gender
      5. Date of execution of incineration
      6 - the time of execution of the burning between (09:30 am to 10:00 am)
      7. Applicant's telephone number
