Proportion of building Completion

Service Description
- In case of issuing building permit for a site under construction within Sharjah city, a ‘To-Whom-It-May- Concern’ certificate to be submitted by the owner of the plot.
  Duration for service completion is two (2) working days.
Service Execution Steps
- 1. Entering the details required.
  2. Payment of service fees.
  3. Signing the undertaking to abide by the set requirements.
  4. Issuing a Request-To-Appear by the e-system, stating date and time of the appointment.

After Service Steps
- 1. The plot owner will be contacted within two working days from the date of submitting the electronic transaction to fix an appointment for site inspection.
  2. The transaction will be completed after inspection, and the owner will be notified thereof by an SMS.
  3. If transaction is completed, the owner can log into the e-service on the municipality website to print the certificate.
