  - Signing an undertaking to meet all requirements.
  - Payment of fees.
  - The e-system issues a reference card bearing the visit time and date.

- - The municipality’s engineer calls the consultant to set an appointment.
  - After audit, the municipality’s engineer delivers the report at the site.

  - Site under construction (no completion certificate issued for the project.)
  - Consultant’s valid license.
  - No outstanding violations on the consultant.
  - No outstanding violations on the plot.

  - Copy of plot plan
  - The consultant’s plans, sealed by the Building Control Section, to match them with the reality of buildings under construction.
