Release of Impounded vehicle
  • Service Description
    • • A service regarding the vehicles impounded by Sharjah Municipality, facilitating for the pubic the search for their impounded vehicles on the web, and hence saving them time and effort.
       
      How to enquire about the impounded vehicles:
      • By chassis number
      • By plate number
  • Service Execution Steps

    • ​- Enter the required details.
      - Pay the vehicle fines online.
      - Print the application and visit the Traffic Department – Follow-Up Section to ensure the vehicle is not required by any security authority.

  • After Service Steps

    • ​The vehicle’s  owner or his/her legal representative must approach the operations and inspection department of the municipality, operations  section, vehicle impoundment division, in the industrial area 3 and present the original documents to prove the ownership of the vehicle and obtain the vehicle release letter, after getting the application approved by the traffic department, follow-up section.

      • Copy of valid trade license.
      • Original power of attorney by the proxy, if any, duly notarized.

      Conditions:
      • Vehicle Details must be entered correctly and accurately when enquiring about and paying fines.
      • The vehicle owner or legal representative is to approach the department.
      • If vehicle is sold, the certificate of sale must be approved with the seal of the Traffic Department.
      If vehicle is registered in a company name, the company owner, partner or ratified representative must approach the department.

المستندات المطلوبة:
1) ملكية المركبة أو شهادة الحيازة أو شهادة التصدير أو البطاقة الجمركية  ( الأصليــة ) .
2) بطاقة الهوية الأصلية أو المعاملة المطبوعة لبطاقة الهوية مع احضار اثبات هوية اخرى ( رخصة القيادة أو بطاقة العمل .....)
3) صورة من الرخصة التجارية سارية المفعول .
4) الوكالة الاصلية في حالة وجود توكيل من مالك المركبة معتمدة  من كاتب العدل ( المحكمة ) .
ومـن الشـروط:
1) يجب على العميل تسجيل المعلومات الدقيقة والصحيحة عند الاستعلام عن المركبة قبل دفع الغرامات المقررة .
2) مراجعة المالك أو من ينوب عنه قانونيا مع اثبات ذلك .
3) في حال وجود مبايعة يتم اعتمادها بختم من إدارة المرور و الترخيص .
4) في حال المركبة مسجلة باسم شركة يجب مراجعة صاحب الرخصة أو الشريك أو من لديه توكيل معتمد .
