- Report of inspection on the plans provided by an Engineering Consultancy Firm for matching them with realty (for existing constructions only).
Service Execution Steps
- - Add inspection seal on drawings before printing.
  - Filling out the required details.
  - Accepting the undertaking and provisions.
  - Payment of fees.

After Service Steps
- - The competent inspector contacts the consultant to set an appointment.
  - After inspection, the inspector presents the report to the consultant at the site.

  Requirements:
  - Consultant’s license shall be valid.
  - No outstanding violations are registered against the Consultant.
  
  documents required during inspection:
  1. Copy of plot plan.
  2. Copy of Certificate of Completion, in case there is a licensed existing building on the site.
  3. Consultant’s drawings.Drawings for existing buildings approved by the consultant contain inspection seals.

Consultant’s drawings.Drawings for existing buildings approved by the consultant contain inspection seals.	الاشتراطات: - رخصة الاستشارى سارية المفعول. - لا يوجد مخالفات على الاستشارى. الوثائق المطلوبة بالموقع اثناء التفتيش: 1) صورة خارطة الارض. 2) صورة شهادة الانجاز فى حال وجود بناء قائم مرخص. 3) مخططات حسب الواقع للمباني القائمة معتمدة من الاستشاري عليها ختم التفتيش.
