- This service allows landowners in Sharjah City to obtain an official certificate confirming that no building permit has been issued for their property. The certificate is issued electronically and can be submitted to relevant government or private entities.
Service Execution Steps
- - Applications are reviewed and processed within one business day.
  - If no building permit exists, the certificate will be issued electronically, and the landowner will be notified via email.
  - The certificate can be printed by accessing the e-services page on the municipality's official website.
After Service Steps
- - Log in using UAE PASS.
  - Attach a copy of the plot plan.
  - Fill in the required information.
  - Accept the terms and conditions.
  - Pay the applicable service fees.
  - Receive an electronic payment receipt with the transaction number.
