Permit for night-time concrete casting
  • Service Description
    • The contractor of the project submits a request for a permit for night-time concrete casting in a commercial or industrial area. This permit is required for pouring the raft slab or roof only from 10 p.m. to 6 a.m.
  • Service Execution Steps
      1. Obtaining all required documents to be presented at the site, as set out in the terms and conditions. 
      2. Entering the required details. 
      3. Uploading the Public Parking Department's approval certificate.
      4. Agreeing to the casting of raft slab or roof only. Agreeing on the undertaking and conditions.
      5. Paying the permit fees.
      6. Issuing the permit online.

    • ​​The municipal inspection and control department inspects the construction sites during the casting of concrete at night.

      1. A valid approval from Sharjah police. 
      2. A valid approval from Sharjah RTA. 
      3. 3. A valid approval from Sharjah Municipality's Public Parking Department (If the construction site overlooks asphalt roads).
      4. The project must be belong to the user (i.e. the contractor). 
      5. Project status: Initial or Existing. Project area: commercial or industrial area. 
      6. Permit allows work from 10 p.m. to 6 a.m. 
      7. Permit is used for casting the following elements: raft slab or roof only. 
      8. Permit is valid for the concrete casting day, which is mentioned in the permit, for one time only. 
      9. All labour laws must be complied with before casting of concrete.​

      Documents required before e-transaction submission, and to be kept at the site.

      1. A valid approval from Sharjah police.
      2. A valid approval from Sharjah RTA.
      3. 3. A valid approval from Sharjah Municipality's Public Parking Department (If the construction site overlooks asphalt roads) or Letter of pledge stating that the building under construction is located in a dirt area (away from the asphalt roads).

  2. موافقة هيئة الطرق و المواصلات فى الشارقة سارية المفعول
  3. 3. موافقة إدارة المواقف العامة فى بلدية مدينة الشارقة سارية المفعول (فى حال يطل الموقع الإنشائي على طرق أسفلتية)
  4. المشروع عائد للمستخدم : المقاول
  5. حالة المشروع : مبدئي أو قائم
  6. منطقة المشروع : تجاري او صناعي
  7. التصريح صالح من الساعة العاشرة الساعة السادسة صباحا.
  8. التصريح صالح لصب العناصر التالية : الحصيرة المسلحة او الاسقف فقط.
  9. التصريح صالخ فقط ليوم صب الخرسانة المدون فى التصريح مرة واحدة.
  10. وجوب مراعاة قوانين العمل قبل الصب

المستندات المطلوبة قبل تقديم المعاملة الإلكترونية ، ويتم الاحتفاظ بها في الموقع لتقديمها عند اللزوم

  1. موافقة شرطة الشارقة سارية المفعول
  2. موافقة هيئة الطرق و المواصلات فى الشارقة سارية المفعول
  3. 3. موافقة إدارة المواقف العامة فى بلدية مدينة الشارقة سارية المفعول (فى حال يطل الموقع الإنشائي على طرق أسفلتية) او رسالة تعهد يفيد بأن المبنى قيد الإنشاء يقع في منطقة ترابية (بعيداً عن الطرق الإسفلتية)
