Service Description
- - Renewal of a normal building permit in residential areas after one year from its date of issue, and before the lapse of five years.
  - Renewal of a normal building permit in agricultural areas after six month from its date of issue, and before the lapse of three years.

  Requirements:
  - Owner’s name shall not be changed.
  - Transaction shall be submitted by the Contractor.
  - Copy of a valid plot plan shall be attached.
  - Contractor’s license shall be valid.
  - No outstanding violations are registered against the Contractor.
  - No outstanding building violations at the site.
  
  documents required during inspection:
  1) Copy of a valid plot plan.
  2) NOC’s from the utility departments, in case the site is a vacant plot of land.
