We Sultan bin Mohammed Al Qassimi the Ruler of Sharjah
In cognizance with
Federal Law No. (5) of the year 1985 concerning issuance of the Civil Transactions Act and its modifications
Federal Law No. (11) of the year 1992 concerning issuance of the Civil Procedure Code and its modifications
Federal Law No. (18) of the year 1993 concerning issuance of the Commercial Transactions Law and its modifications
Federal Law No. (26) of the year 1999 modified by Federal Law No. (4) of the year 2001 concerning the Conciliation and Reconciliation Committees
Law No. (2) of the year 1999 concerning the concerning the establishment of Sharjah Executive Council and its internal regulation
Law No. (3) of the year 1999 concerning the establishment of Sharjah Consultative Council and its internal regulations
Law No. (6) of the year 2001 concerning the Regulation of Relationship between Landlords and Tenants in the Emirate of Sharjah
Decree-Law No. (1) of the year 2005 concerning violating the regulations applicable in the Emirate of Sharjah regarding disconnection of utilities to leased premises
Executive Council Resolution  No. (2) of the year 2000 concerning restricting the lease of properties in some residential areas in the Emirate of Sharjah
And according to the approval of both the Sharjah Executive and Consultative Councils
 And what is required for the public interest
Decided to issue the following decree:
