Sharjah Municipality launches Sharjah city rental map

11/29/2021

Sharjah City Municipality (SCM) launched a rental map for the city of Sharjah on its website to be available to all stakeholders in the real estate market, whether landlords, investors or tenants.

Hamed Al Qayed, Director of Rental Regulation Department, said that the rental map is an interactive platform available on the municipality's website, allowing the customer to obtain the information he needs to take the appropriate decision during the search for a property for rent, in terms of the geographical location, average rental value or other specifications. The platform provides the customer with all the data according to the search settings.
