Sharjah Municipality Reports 26% Surge in Rental Contracts for Q1, 2024

5/14/2024

Sharjah Municipality has unveiled a remarkable 26% uptick in rental agreements across the city during the first quarter of 2024, marking a substantial increase compared to the same period in 2023. This surge underscores Sharjah's dynamic growth trajectory and its burgeoning status as a global hub for residents, tourists, and investors alike.

A total of 81,921 rental contracts were attested in the first quarter of the current year, a notable rise from the 64,878 contracts during the corresponding period last year. This surge not only reaffirms Sharjah's allure as a prime residential destination but also underscores its commitment to providing top-tier services and amenities.

The total approved contracts for the previous year stood at an impressive 275,298, encompassing various residential, commercial, and investment categories.
