Sharjah City Municipality tightens control over barber shops and beauty centers

3/26/2024

Sharjah City Municipality (SCM) has intensified its oversight of barber shops and beauty centers this year. This initiative aims to ensure compliance with healthcare standards and regulations, enhancing service quality across these establishments. SCM's efforts extend beyond inspections to educating and guiding workers, emphasizing the importance of regulatory compliance. With daily inspections, SCM oversees 2945 barber shops and beauty centers, subjecting them to rigorous scrutiny.
Since the year began, approximately 3500 inspection visits have been conducted, reflecting SCM's commitment to upholding standards and public health.
