2. Copy of the previous Completion Certificate (for building additions).
3. Electrical Inspection Certificate from Sharjah Electricity, Water, and Gas Authority (SEWA).
4. Civil Defense Completion Certificate or "Hassantuk" compliance certificate.
5. Water Inspection Certificate from SEWA.
6. Gas Inspection Certificate from SEWA.
7. Telecommunications Certificate.
8. NOC from the Sewerage Department.
9. NOC from Sharjah RTA.
10. Property numbering notification and receipt.
11. Warranty Schedule.
12. Awqaf letter (for mosques).
13. Supervision Entity letter (for government projects).
14. Lift safety and inspection report from a third party (if applicable).
15. Developer's approval (if the project is under their ownership).
16. Municipal Council letter (if the contractor or consultant's signature and stamp are unavailable).
17. Building naming approval from the Rental Regulation Department.
General Requirements:
- The plot must be clear of any violations.
- The project must be registered under the user (consultant or contractor).
- The construction purpose must be residential, agricultural, industrial, or commercial.
- The completed project must match the approved description in the building permit.
- The project must be active, with no suspensions or outstanding issues.
- The site must be clean and free from construction debris.
Requirements for Sites Under Construction:
- No pending transactions related to the project.
- Compliance of the site with approved plans.
- Confirmation of completion of the following tasks:
o Installation of internal stair railings and external balcony barriers.
o Installation of external doors and windows.
o Application of the final layer of exterior cladding.
o Application of the initial layer of interior paint.
o Completion of fence construction and gate installation.
o Removal of temporary structures.
o Completion of all external finishing works.
o Ensuring the site is free from safety concerns, such as unsecured windows, stair railings, balcony barriers, and similar elements.

Requirements for Issuing a Site Cleanliness Certificate
(Health Control and Safety Department – Waste Control and Regulation Section)
General Requirements:
• Remove the fence (corrugated sheets) surrounding the construction site.
• Remove the project signboard.
• Clear all construction debris from the site.
• Remove the temporary electrical panel.
• Remove any construction equipment, such as caravans, portable restrooms, scaffolding, etc.
Documents Required for Villa Cleanliness Certificate:
1. Building permit.
2. Land plot plan.
3. Final handover report from the supervising engineer.
4. Interior and exterior site photographs.
5. Trade license.
6. Contact number.
Documents Required for Cleanliness Certificate (Building, Industrial or Commercial Site):
1. Building permit.
2. Land plot plan.
3. Final handover report from the supervising engineer.
4. For industrial and commercial sites: Contract with waste collection and transport companies. For buildings: Receipt for waste bin purchase.
5. Site photographs.
6. Trade license.
7. Contact number.
8. Waste disposal receipt.
