Registration for engineer exam - Handaseyat
  • Service Description
    • Applying for the site civil engineer / site architectural engineer exam in order to obtain the Engineer Card or the To-Whom-It-May Concern certificate stating the exam scores.
  • Service Execution Steps
    • 1. Enter the required details.
      2. Upload the required documents.
      3. Pay the fees.
      4. Select the exam date. Service Provision Channels & procedures

      Required documents:
      1. Copy of trade license.
      2. Copy of passport and visa.
      3. Copy of the university degree.
      4. Copy of the Society of Engineers' membership card.
      5. Copy of Emirates ID card.
      6. Copy of labour card or temporary work permit in case of secondment).
      7. Personal photo.

      Note: freelance engineers are requested to submit documents no. (2, 3 & 7).


  • After Service Steps

    • ​Go to the exam hall at the Conformity Assessment & Health Edu Department, Al Nassiriya area, on the set date and bring with you the original passport and Emirates ID card.

      • To apply for the engineer card or the To-Whom-It-May Concern certificate, visit the customer service counter at the Contractors & Consultants Classification Section, Sharjah Municipality main building, Mussalla area.  
      • Bring the engineer's original passport and university certificate along with the copies of the required documents to complete the procedures after passing the exam.

• التقيد بسنوات خبرة المهندس لكل فئة تصنيف النشاط.
• إحترام نظام الاختبارات والامتناع عن محاولة القيام بالغش والتدليس فيها.
• قد يتطلب دفع رسوم اضافية لاصدار بطاقة المهندس أو شهادة لمن يهمه الأمر.
• لطلب بطاقة المهندس أو شهادة لمن يهمه الأمر يرجى مراجعة منضدة خدمة العملاء لقسم تصنيف المقاولين والاستشاريين في المبنى الرئيسي بمنطقة المصلى.
• إحضار الجواز الاصلي للمهندس وأصل الشهادة الجامعية مع نسخ من المرفقات لاستكمال إجراءات إصدار البطاقة وذلك بعد إجتياز الاختبار بنجاح.
