This sector is responsible for planning and distributing of manpower as per the capacity of the departments that is determined according to the workload. It prepares and execute the financial and polices and plans of the municipality and supervises on its funds. The sector is entrusted with putting out all electronic systems that ensure confidentiality and protection of information, archiving all documents in the most efficient and proper manner, and coordinate with all departments regarding tenders and bids processes, among many other tasks.
