Sharjah Municipality launches campaign to clamp down on eyesores

In implementation of the visions and directives of His Highness Sheikh Dr. Sultan bin Muhammad Al Qasimi, Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Sharjah, Sharjah City Municipality has started an expanded campaign to maintain and enhance the aesthetic appearance of Sharjah city. The campaign will cover all areas of the city. The municipality will monitor the cleanliness and maintenance of buildings and inspect all violations that distort the general appearance.
The Department of Public Works and Sharjah Police are cooperating with the Municipality to achieve the goals of the campaign.
The Municipality continues its efforts to achieve its strategy in sustainability and quality of life. It strives to bring happiness, satisfaction and comfort to the population. The inspection teams will carry out great efforts to detect violations and take the necessary measures. The campaign starts at Muwaileh commercial area, and then will cover all areas of the city.
