Sharjah-Municipality-holds-workshop-on-Motivational-Environments-for-Innovation

 

​The Training and Qualification section of Sharjah City Municipality organized a workshop for its employees titled “Motivational Environments for Innovation” in Tamayoz hall of the main municipality building in Al Masala area, as part of the current year training program set by The Human Resources department.

Reem Al Russi, The Head of Training and Qualification section in the municipality said that the section aims to respond to the needs of all human resources in different municipal departments through different programs to introduce important topics vary from workshops to training sessions and lectures. We believe in the importance of training in motivating employees and encourage creation and innovation in different aspects of work, in consistent with The United Arab Emirate goal to make the work place a motivational environment for innovation, contributing to the country march towards prosperity and progress.

She added, “Motivational Environments for Innovation” workshop addressed many topics which were well received by the participants. The workshop covered many areas of innovation such as the innovation concept, needed mental tools for innovation and creativity, and how to create an innovative environment.

At the end of the workshop, Al Russi honored the participants and the speaker.
