Sharjah Municipality completes preparations for Ramadan

3/29/2022

Sharjah City Municipality (SCM) completed its preparations for the holy month of Ramadan. It carries out inspection visits to all food establishments in the city.

The SCM started issuing permits to food businesses wishing to serve foods to non-Muslim communities during daytime in Ramadan.
The municipal inspection teams intensified their efforts to monitor any negative practices or distortions to the general appearance of the city to ensure an ideal atmosphere of intimacy, affection and joy in the smiling emirate during the holy month.
The public parking in the city will be subject to fees from 8am 12 midnight during Ramadan. The parking spaces surrounding mosques will be free during Tarawih prayers, provided that parking users do not misuse parking spaces.
