Sharjah City Municipality (SCM) is keen to advertise the 50% discount on lease contracts to all segments of society, using various promotional and advertising means like text messages, billboards, and social media. The discount which is valid until 31/12/2022 applies to overdue contracts for past years and new or renewed contracts until for one year only.
Obaid Saeed Al Tunaiji, Director General of the SCM, said that the SCM is keen to spread awareness among all members of society about the importance of attesting lease contracts, especially in light of the decision to grant a 50% discount on overdue and new contracts. The SCM has advertised the decision in Arabic, English and Urdu.
He noted that the SCM welcomes inquiries and comments regarding the discount decision around the clock, whether through its call center at 993 or its social media platforms.
