Sharjah City Municipality (SCM) has opened a drive through COVID-19 testing tent in the 5th Industrial Area, as part of its keenness to contain the spread of the virus. The new tent will ensure the provision of the testing service to the public easily and quickly, where customers can obtain the result within 6 Hours for only 50 dirhams.
The SCM announced that the new tent is the largest drive-through testing tent in the Emirate of Sharjah. It can accommodate 16 vehicles at a time. This will ensure conducting large number of tests during the tent’s working hours from 7:30 am until 11:00 pm on all days of the week.
The municipality pointed out that the tent is an additional COVID-19 testing center in Sharjah. The new center will relieve pressure on other centers. The municipality will provide the required number of employees at the new center to organize vehicle entry and exit and complete the testing within a short time.
