Follow-up and coordination offices work to follow up on all matters related to facilitating and organizing procedures between sector departments and other sectors, as well as coordinating with the Director General’s office regarding directives received by sector departments, coordinating meetings and following up on all incoming and outgoing messages related to the sector.Providing full and comprehensive administrative support to the Sector Manager.Receiving visitors and auditors for the sector manager and answering phone calls.Coordination with external bodies and internal organizational units with regard to the sector manager’s meetings and documentation of meeting minutes.Follow up on the completion of directives issued in internal and external meetings.Preparing the official correspondences to external parties and internal correspondences and circulars and following up the response to them based on the directives of the sector manager.Receiving internal correspondence and presenting it to the sector manager and forwarding it or responding to it according to his instructions.Coordination with external parties and internal organizational units regarding the attendance of the sector manager for internal and external events, conferences and exhibitions.
