Sharjah City Municipality (SCM) launched a first of its kind smart platform to manage the daily tasks of its employees, who feed it with the completed tasks every week. The platform can also be used by the permanent committees and work teams at the SCM. The SCM has also launched a special comprehensive guide on how to use the platform and all required details.
Reem Abdullah Al Russi, Director of HR Department, said that the platform embodies the municipality’s keenness to follow up on all tasks assigned to employees. The perform is aimed to enhance the work system with creative and innovative ideas. It also aims to document the tasks of all employees to ensure transparency between the employees and their direct supervisors during the evaluation of their annual performance.
This platform is an effective tool for monitoring and developing performance and productivity of the staff.
