SCM organizes workshop on unified smart building index

Sharjah City Municipality (SCM) organized a workshop on the unified smart building index at its main building in Al Mussalla. The Sharjah Municipalities Affairs Department and representatives of the municipalities in the Emirate of Sharjah participated in the workshop.
The workshop was presented by Eng. Hassan Al Mazmi, Head of Engineering Projects Audit Section. It covered a number of topics including the importance of applying the unified smart building index and the role of the Municipal Affairs Department in unifying procedures in cooperation with the municipalities of the cities of the Emirate of Sharjah. It also gave a full definition of unified smart building index, its objectives and how it is applied in Sharjah City Municipality. It also explored a number of field analytical studies and many other topics.
